Primary Responsibilities
Branding & Graphics (50%)
● Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Events develop organizational branding and editorial style guide to direct staff regarding consistency in visual styles across brand representation.
● Develop and manage brand assets, and identity.
● Lead brand and website redesign and maintain for relevancy.
● Develop iconography and brand-specific asset imagery as needed.
● Develop and maintain graphics templates for collateral (invitations, letterhead, fliers, postcards, brochures, banners, presentations, etc.).
● Develop assets for special projects and campaigns for development and executive needs.
Website Management (25%)
● Website management, substantive updates, and maintenance.
● Partner with the Director of Marketing & Events Communications to create and maintain up-to-date content, stories, and narrative on the website.
● Advise organization on current strategies for user engagement in website builds.
● Manage SEO and traffic strategies.
● Review user journey and website accessibility on a regular basis.
● Track and report on traffic metrics, recommend site updates to maximize user journey and engagement.
Social Media Support & Email Marketing (15%)
● Develop and lead email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, email design & optimization, and analytics reporting.
● Support social media consultant with content creation.
● Other duties as assigned.
Organizational Departmental Support (10%)
● Develop an annual communications calendar to support major campaign areas and opportunities.
● Utilize project management tools (such as Asana) to process organizational requests.
● Communicate priority level of requests to stakeholders in alignment with key initiatives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
A strong candidate will:
● Believe in Path with Art’s mission.
● 6+ years of experience in graphic design and content production.
● Have a portfolio that reflects design and content creation abilities, as well as creativity and attention to quality and detail.
● Have demonstrated competence with and be comfortable working across all media channels and platforms.
● Possess excellent grammar and copyediting skills.
● Have high proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
● Effective marketing communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate both visually and verbally.
● Be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to effectively assess priorities and work well under tight deadlines.
● Be an excellent project manager who possesses strong strategic, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
● Demonstrate top notch communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and experience.
● Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
● Have strong production skills with the ability to take direction while collaborating with people from all backgrounds.
● Have proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office Suite, Apple Operating Systems, Squarespace, and Form Assembly.
● Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud Storage platforms, is a plus but not mandatory.
● Event production & promotion experience preferred, but not required.

Who We Serve
We serve low-to-no income adults in active recovery from domestic abuse, homelessness, substance abuse disorder, mental health issues, and other trauma who are working to rebuild their lives. Our students are referred to us by over 30 social service partners These include housing providers such as Plymouth Housing, the YWCA, and the Downtown Emergency Services Center as well as social service and mental health agencies such as the Community Psychiatric Clinic and Recovery Café.

Work Environment
Path with Art is currently working in a hybrid workspace, with staff generally working from home 2 days per week and in our office adjacent to Seattle Center 3 days per week. The Path with Art office generally operates 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. However, this position will periodically require availability outside these hours and during the weekend.
