Prepare to wax poetic at June’s Art After Hours! Join Path with Art and friends for an evening of erasure poetry.

About the activity: Erasure poetry takes existing book pages, magazines, newspapers, or other print media and artfully redacts pieces of the text, leaving and highlighting particular words and phrases. What emerges on the page is newly-created meaning—a window revealing the poet’s selective eye.

Light refreshments will be provided, along with all the materials you’ll need for our guided activity. You’re also welcome to bring your own work-in-progress.
