This free exhibit is open Monday – Friday, 1 – 5 p.m. at the artHOME.
Art begins with curiosity. It is a space for exploration, experimentation, and discovery. A place where freedom, imagination, and expression can unfold. Yet as artists, we can sometimes feel pressure to create something perfect, forgetting that art is also meant to be playful.
Play + Process: Summer Visions Exhibition celebrates the joy of making. Through paint, ceramics, fabric, words, and sound, these works reflect the creative journey rather than just the result. They remind us that art is not only about what we create, but how we create it.
Art gives us a way to process emotions, experiences, and ideas that may be difficult to express with words alone. Each piece in this exhibition represents a unique moment of exploration, reflection, and growth.
As you move through Play + Process, we invite you to engage with both the play and the process behind the work. Notice what emotions arise, what stories emerge, and what connections you make. Consider what art means to you, how creativity feels in your own life, and what these pieces might be communicating beyond the finished product.
