Creating Community, Celebrating Achievements

Students who have completed a Path with Art class are invited and encouraged to participate in a public exhibit honoring their work. Our exhibits provide each student with the opportunity to share their voice with the community, and reflect on the connection between their artwork and personal story in the form of a written artist statement. Exhibits are typically held in a community gallery space in Pioneer Square during First Thursday Art Walk.

Art making helps me to process my thoughts and the world in general. The work I make is an extension of myself.
